Lucia Franceschi, M.S., CCC-SLP, is a licensed and nationally certified Speech-Language Pathologist with over a decade of experience supporting children with a wide range of communication needs.

Lucia earned her Bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2013. Following graduation, she worked for two years as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant at Crossroads School, where she supported autistic students with diverse communication abilities and needs. She then attended the University of New Hampshire, earning a Master of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.

Throughout her career, Lucia has worked in a variety of settings, including skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and public schools. Most recently, she spent six years with the Groton-Dunstable Regional School District, where she provided speech and language services to students ages 3–21. In this role, she evaluated and treated a broad range of speech and language disorders associated with developmental delays, learning differences, and other disabilities.

Lucia holds Massachusetts licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist and Massachusetts educator licensure as a Specialist Teacher in Speech, Language, and Hearing. She is also certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and maintains her Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) through ongoing professional development and continuing education.

Lucia is passionate about helping children build meaningful communication skills that support success at home, in school, and within their communities. She believes in partnering closely with families to create individualized, engaging, and functional therapy experiences that empower children to reach their full potential.

Outside of work, Lucia enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, family, and friends. She loves camping, beach days, and making memories outdoors with her family.
